6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
7 - RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@nova-montreal.com. If your return is accepted, We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not cover shipping, the shipping cost to our facility is covered by the customer. We do not have warehousing facilities in Canada, and therefore all our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you wish to return a product, you must also do so directly to the supplier in China. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items, underwear and swimwear.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the customer does not pick up the package in time or the parcel has arrived at his mailbox, it gets stolen. We will not cover the expenses, and we are not taking responsibility upon the arrival of the package.
Suppose the package arrived at the customer's postal country and has been delayed because of activities in the country. In that case, The company will not take responsibility for the delivery time.
If the order arrives at the address destination and the address turns out wrong, the customer puts the incorrect address in the buying phase. the company will not take any responsibility for the package, and this is the customer's fault
We are shipping from (USA, Turkey, Netherlands, China) we will ship the product according to the remaining stock and destination location
Please allow up to 20% deviation in color due to different monitors and lighting settings, Also all the clothing is sent according to the size chart. The clothing tag can show a different size tag than what you have ordered to match the size chart US/EU sizes.
8 - CANCELLATIONOrders can be modifdied or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@nova-montreal.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Order Processing: Once the 24 hour cancellation window has passed, your order will enter our processing system. Our standard processing time is 2 to 3 business days. After processing, the order will be shipped and will typically arrive within 8 to 15 business days.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after it has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for guidance on how to proceed.
